Racle Rodriguez works with regulators, the private sector and key stakeholders to facilitate the Philippines’ transition to a net-zero, climate-resilient economy. Her work supports ClientEarth’s corporate and finance initiatives, including the development of legal frameworks to improve climate risk disclosures, advance sustainable finance and help direct capital flows to credible transition pathways.
Racle joined ClientEarth in February 2026 and is based in the Philippines.
Racle has over ten years of experience in corporate law, with work in both the private sector and government. Before joining ClientEarth, she was an Assistant Director at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she worked on reforms in company and capital market regulation, corporate governance and sustainability.
Racle was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013. She holds a Master of Climate Change degree from the Australian National University. She completed her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines with a Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence.
