Tetsuaki is a practicing attorney whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, including matters involving directors’ fiduciary duties, shareholder rights, and M&A-related disputes. He also has experience in environmental and regulatory litigation and advises clients on M&A transactions, investments, and other complex commercial matters.

Tetsuaki served as a judge in Japan for approximately eight years, primarily handling civil and commercial cases.

He also has experience working in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group.

Education

Tetsuaki was admitted to the Daini Tokyo Bar Association in 2024.

He holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Juris Doctor from Kyoto University.

He also earned an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
