Yanti Rachmawati supports ClientEarth’s growing Resources, Energy, & Mobility Systems (REM) and Corporate Financing work in Indonesia. In this role, she provides support with project management and planning, monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL), communications, grant reporting and research. 

Experience

Yanti is an experienced development professional specializing in project management, donor coordination, and financial compliance across large-scale international programs. Prior to joining Client Earth Yanti served as Project Team Leader for the De-risking Facility Mechanism at the Indonesia Environment Fund (BPDLH), she drove the design and implementation of innovative financing solutions to support social forestry and circular economy initiatives in Indonesia. Previously, Yanti spent nearly a decade with USAID Indonesia, provides support in managing multi-million-dollar education and workforce development portfolios and strengthening partnerships with government counterparts. With a background spanning UNICEF and the U.S. Embassy, she brings deep expertise in program operations, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.

Yanti holds a Master’s degree of Public Policy from the University of Indonesia
