Responsible Investor Japan

Responsible Investor Japan 2023 will be taking place in Toranomon Hills Forum Tokyo from 24 to 25 May 2023.

Our legal advisor Asahi Yamashita will be coordinator for a session to discuss “The rise of shareholder resolutions”. The discussions will focus on understanding the process and merits of shareholders resolutions, main drivers for success or failures of resolutions and best practices for dealing with anti-ESG resolutions.
